Using a No. 10 Scalpel Blade
The blade clips onto the slotted end of a No. 3 scalpel handle, the handle size made for the smaller blade family. Its curved edge suits long, controlled cuts — opening a specimen in a zoology practical, cutting through a fruit or stem to show its internal structure, or trimming plant material before sectioning.
