Rheostats

Rheostat Comes In Different Ranges:

10, 20, 30, 50, 100 etc.

Nichrome type, Bell terminal Continuous Constantine type.

Rheostat are used as series resistors or potentiometers.

Open type slide wire type with a variety of resistance and current carrying capacity. Constantine wire is used as resistance.

Three 4mm standard terminals are provided.

One at each end of the wire and the third at one end of the slider-rod thus the Rheostat can be used as potentiometer also.

Resistance in ohms and current carrying capacities are marked on it.

The end support are made of Bakelite.
