What Is the Geo Reflector Mirror Used For?
Because the surface is see-through as well as reflective, a student looking into a reflector sees the reflection of a drawing and the paper behind the reflector at the same time, so the mirror image can be traced where it appears. This turns reflection, lines of symmetry and congruent shapes from diagrams in a book into something students can test with their own hands: a shape and its reflection are congruent, and a reflector placed on a line of symmetry makes half a figure show the whole.
The teaching guide helps plan symmetry lessons for primary and middle school maths or the maths lab.
What to Specify When Ordering
- Quantity — the number of sets of 24 for your classes.
- Other symmetry aids — a reflective and transparent symmetry mirror or pattern blocks can be quoted on the same enquiry as separate items.
- Delivery details — destination country and port or city for export orders.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many reflectors are in a set?
24 Geo Reflectors, together with a teaching guide.
How is a see-through reflector different from an ordinary mirror?
An ordinary mirror shows only the reflection. A see-through reflective surface shows the reflection and the paper behind it together, so students can draw the reflected image in place.
What details are needed for an export quotation?
The number of sets, the destination country and port or city, delivery terms such as FOB or CIF, any packing or labelling requirements, and the tender reference if there is one.
Who manufactures the Geo Reflector Mirror?
Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd (JLab) makes it at its works in Ambala, Haryana, India.
OEM Manufacturer
JLab is the trading name of Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd, a manufacturer of maths lab equipment and educational science apparatus in India, incorporated in 2017 and based on Hargolal Road, Ambala, Haryana. The reflector sets are produced at JLab’s own works rather than bought from a trader, which lets schools, dealers and importers buy factory-direct and come back to the maker for repeat orders. JLab is registered for GST under GSTIN 06AADCJ9848D1ZE and holds Legal Entity Identifier 549300DTGS77DGYD6N03. JLab exports worldwide and ships to buyers in every region — for example Australia in Oceania, Mexico in North America, Myanmar in Southeast Asia, Sudan in North Africa and Uzbekistan in Central Asia. See the JLab lab tenders page for tender enquiries.
