Filtering with Grade 1 Paper
Cut a sheet to size, fold it into a cone and seat it in a funnel, wetting it with a little of the solvent so it lies against the glass. Keep the liquid level below the top of the paper. Because the paper filters slowly, let a heavy precipitate settle first and pour the clear liquid through before the solid.
