Boring a Clean Hole
Choose a borer a little smaller than the tube to be fitted, so the stopper grips it. Rest the stopper on a wooden board, wet the sharpened end and turn the borer with steady downward pressure from the narrow end until it passes through. Push the cut core out with the cleaning rod before using the next size.
