Digital Theodolite Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : EL-MI-3416
Jlab Export is a leading Digital Theodolite Manufacturer, and suppliers in India
Digital Theodolite (code EL-MI-3416) is an electronic theodolite for horizontal and vertical angles that also carries electro-optical distance measurement, in a standard infrared version, so a full 3D vector to a target is measured in one operation. Tunnel excavation crews use it for direction control, and engineering and construction sites for marking and alignment. Every digital theodolite is manufactured by JLab in Ambala, India, and can be adapted to order.

Angles and Distance From One Pointing
Once the telescope is on the target, the instrument takes the horizontal angle, the vertical angle and the infrared distance together. Those three values fix the target’s position in three dimensions, so a single pointing is enough to set out a point or to check one against the design. In a tunnel heading this keeps the drive on its intended line as excavation advances. The angle readings come from an encoder working on an algorithm that lowers the instrument’s power consumption.
Other Theodolites in the Range
- Electronic Theodolite — measures angles electronically and shows them in degree, gon or mil.
- Vernier Theodolite — German-pattern theodolite with angles read on verniers.
- Laser Theodolite — theodolite whose telescope carries a laser of adjustable brightness.
- Watts Theodolites — theodolites for measuring angles in a traverse or network.
Levels, compasses and further theodolites are in Measuring Instruments, under Survey Equipment.
