Electronic Bio Waste Medical Incinerator (code EL-I-2428) is a two-chamber incinerator for bio-medical waste and other combustible solid waste, with a scrubber, secondary burners and an incineration temperature of 1000 °C. It reduces most combustible solid waste to nearly 2–3 percent of its weight. Each unit is designed and manufactured by JLab in Ambala, India, for the waste it will handle.

Chambers, Burners and Scrubber
Waste enters the primary chamber through the feeding door and is burnt there, and the secondary chamber with its secondary burners burns the gases further. Incineration runs at 1000 °C, air blowers supply the combustion air, and the unit is fitted with a scrubber and a chimney. The steel body is lined with high-temperature refractory.
Heating Choices and Sites
The incinerator is available oil-fired, gas-fired or electrically heated, using burners or electric heating elements, and its modular construction is assembled at site, with an ash collection pit and ash tray as an option. It is offered to medical colleges, hospitals, nursing homes and institutions, and for catering, hotel and resort, poultry, industrial, camp and municipal waste, shopping centres and animal farms.
