A Single-Phase Correction Demonstration
Put the meter’s current circuit in series with the load and its voltage circuit across the supply. A lamp fed through a choke reads lagging; connecting a capacitor across the supply moves the pointer back towards unity. Use it in rooms between 0 and 50 °C.
