Octant 3D Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : EL-MLK-1923
Jlab Export is a leading Octant 3D Manufacturer, and suppliers in India
Octant 3D (code EL-MLK-1923) is a three-dimensional maths lab model for teaching octants — the eight regions into which three mutually perpendicular coordinate planes divide space. It helps students picture where a point with given x, y and z coordinates lies before they move on to three-dimensional coordinate geometry on paper. It is made by Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd (JLab) at its works in Ambala, India.

What Is the Octant 3D Model Used For?
In two dimensions the x and y axes split the plane into four quadrants. Add a z-axis at right angles to both and the three coordinate planes — the xy, yz and zx planes — split space into eight octants. The signs of a point’s coordinates tell you which octant it is in: in the first octant all three are positive, and each change of sign moves the point across one of the planes. Many students find this hard to see on a flat diagram, and a three-dimensional model makes the arrangement of the planes and octants easier to follow. It supports the introduction to three-dimensional geometry in senior secondary maths (CBSE class 11) and foundation courses in colleges.
What to Specify When Ordering
- Quantity — for example one for the teacher or one per lab group.
- Other senior maths models, such as the conic section set — separate products for the same enquiry.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does the Octant 3D model teach?
How three mutually perpendicular coordinate planes divide space into eight octants, and how the signs of x, y and z show which octant a point lies in.
Which classes is it meant for?
Senior secondary maths, where three-dimensional geometry is introduced in CBSE class 11, and college foundation courses.
What should an export enquiry include?
The quantity, the destination country and port or city, the delivery terms you prefer such as FOB or CIF, and any packing, labelling or tender details.
Who manufactures the Octant 3D model?
Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd (JLab), at its works in Ambala, Haryana, India.
OEM Manufacturer
JLab is the trading name of Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd, an Indian maker of maths lab models and science teaching equipment, incorporated in 2017 and based on Hargolal Road, Ambala, Haryana. The model is made in JLab’s own works rather than bought from a trader, so schools, colleges, dealers and importers order from the manufacturer, and each model is inspected by eye before dispatch. JLab exports worldwide and ships to buyers in every region — Mozambique in East Africa, Cameroon in Central Africa, Iceland in Northern Europe, Sri Lanka in South Asia and Colombia in South America are examples.
