Volume Relationship Set Crystal Plastic Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : EL-MLK-1939
Jlab Export is a leading Volume Relationship Set Crystal Plastic Manufacturer, and suppliers in India
Volume Relationship Set Crystal Plastic (code EL-MLK-1939) is a set of crystal plastic solids — hemisphere, sphere, cone, cube, cylinders and frustum — used to calculate and demonstrate the relationships between their volumes. The solids share a 4 in (about 10 cm) diameter, and the sphere, cone, cube, cylinders and frustum are 4 in high, so students can compare volumes of shapes with the same base and height. It is made by Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd (JLab) at its works in Ambala, India.

What Is the Volume Relationship Set Used For?
Matching the diameter and height of the solids turns volume formulas into relationships students can see. A cone holds one third of the volume of a cylinder with the same base and height; a sphere holds two thirds of the cylinder that just encloses it, as Archimedes showed; and a hemisphere is half of the sphere. Setting the cube, cylinder and frustum beside these shapes lets the class estimate and calculate which solid has the greater volume, and by how much.
The set is used for mensuration — surface areas and volumes — in secondary school maths, for maths lab activities and for teacher demonstrations.
What to Specify When Ordering
- Number of sets — one for teacher demonstration, or more for group work in the maths lab.
- Other volume models — any of the items linked below, quoted on the same enquiry.
- Destination — the delivery city or port and country.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which shapes are in the set?
A hemisphere, a sphere, a cone, a cube, cylinders and a frustum, all in crystal plastic.
What size are the shapes?
They have a 4 in (about 10 cm) diameter, and the sphere, cone, cube, cylinders and frustum are 4 in high.
Which volume relationships can students check with it?
That a cone is one third of a cylinder with the same base and height, that a sphere is two thirds of the cylinder enclosing it, and that a hemisphere is half a sphere, alongside comparisons with the cube and frustum.
What should an export enquiry include?
The number of sets, the destination country and port or city, your preferred delivery terms (for example FOB or CIF), any packing or labelling needs, and the tender reference if there is one.
Who manufactures this set?
Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd, trading as JLab, at its works in Ambala, Haryana, India.
OEM Manufacturer
JLab is the trading name of Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd, a maths lab equipment and educational lab equipment manufacturer in India, incorporated in 2017 and based on Hargolal Road, Ambala, Haryana. This volume set is produced at JLab’s own works and not sourced from a trader, so schools, colleges, dealers and importers buy straight from the factory and reorders come from the same manufacturer. JLab exports worldwide and ships to buyers in every region — for example Brazil in South America, Mongolia in East Asia, Slovakia in Eastern Europe, Egypt in North Africa and Iceland in Northern Europe. Details for tenders are on the JLab lab tenders page.
