What Is the Blood Cell Model Used For?
It gives a class one enlarged reference for the cellular part of blood. Red blood cells carry oxygen; the white cells defend the body, with neutrophils, eosinophils and basophils grouped as granulocytes and lymphocytes and monocytes as agranulocytes; platelets are cell fragments that help blood to clot.
