What Is the DNA Model Kit Used For?
It teaches DNA structure through construction rather than by looking at a finished model. Snapping the coloured bases together in the correct sequence brings out the rules of base pairing — adenine with thymine, guanine with cytosine — and the idea that the order of the pairs carries genetic information.
