What Is the Fetal Development Set Used For?
The set lets students follow growth through pregnancy in order: the embryo in the first and second months, then the fetus at three months, at four to five months and at seven months. Because the fetus can be removed, a teacher can show it in place and then take it out for closer study. The fifth-month models show a breech position (bottom or feet first), a transverse lie (lying across the uterus) and a twin pregnancy. Schools use the set for human reproduction in CBSE class 12 biology and class 10 science, and colleges use it in zoology, nursing, midwifery and medical teaching.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which stages does the fetal development set show?
A magnified embryo (25 times life size), first-month and second-month embryos, a third-month fetus, a fourth/fifth-month fetus, fifth-month breech, transverse and twin models, and a seventh-month fetus.
Can the fetus be taken out of the models?
Yes. The fetus can be removed from each model, so it can be studied on its own and then put back in position.
How does it differ from the Developmental Process for Fetus models?
This set runs from the first-month embryo to the seventh-month fetus and includes breech, transverse and twin models at five months. The Developmental Process for Fetus models show 12, 20, 28 and 36–40 weeks, each stage mounted individually.
What information is needed for an export quotation?
Send the quantity, the destination country and port or city, your preferred delivery terms (for example FOB or CIF), any packing or labelling requirements, and the tender reference if the order is for a tender.
Who manufactures this fetal development set?
JLab (Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd) makes it at its works in Ambala, Haryana, India, and quotes for it as the manufacturer.
OEM Manufacturer
JLab is the trading name of Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd, a manufacturer of anatomical models and science teaching equipment in India, incorporated in 2017 and working from Hargolal Road, Ambala, Haryana. The fetal development set is produced in JLab’s own works, not bought in from a trader, so schools, nursing colleges, dealers and importers order it factory-direct and each set is visually inspected before dispatch. JLab exports worldwide and ships to buyers in every region — for example Austria in Western Europe, Slovenia in Southern Europe, Laos in Southeast Asia, South Korea in East Asia and Papua New Guinea in Oceania. Tender details are on the JLab lab tenders page.
