Jlab Export is a leading Hematology Analyzer JLab Manufacturer, and suppliers in India

Hematology Analyzer JLab (code EL-LA-6601) is an automatic blood cell counter for clinical, pathology and teaching laboratories. It gives a 3-part differentiation of white blood cells, reports 20 parameters with three colour histograms (WBC, RBC and PLT) and runs up to 60 samples an hour on a double-channel counter. It is made by Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd (JLab) at its works in Ambala, India.

What Is the Hematology Analyzer Used For?

A hematology (haematology) analyser counts and sizes the cells in a blood sample, so a complete blood count is produced by the instrument rather than by counting cells under a microscope with a counting chamber. This unit separates white cells into three sub-populations, reports its 20 parameters, and plots the white cell, red cell and platelet distributions as colour histograms on the touch screen. It is used in hospital and pathology laboratories, and in medical laboratory technology and paramedical teaching labs where students learn how automated cell counting works.

The operator chooses venous mode or capillary mode, each using 9.6 µL of blood, or pre-dilution mode, in which 20 µL of blood is diluted before it is run. Diluting, mixing, rinsing and clog clearing are automatic, and the sample probe is cleaned automatically between runs. Day-to-day quality control uses the built-in X-B, L-J (Levey–Jennings), X, SD (standard deviation) and CV% programs, and the memory keeps up to 100000 results with their histograms for later look-up. Use reagents and controls suited to the analyser, and follow your laboratory’s own procedures for each run.

What to Specify When Ordering

  • Quantity — the minimum order is 10 analysers; tell us whether the units are for one laboratory or several sites.
  • Reagents, controls and spares — list any you want quoted with the analyser; they are not part of this listing.
  • Delivery details — destination country and city or port, delivery terms (for example FOB or CIF) and any tender reference.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does 3-part differentiation of WBC mean?
It means the analyser sorts white blood cells into three groups instead of reporting only a total white cell count. Together with the red cell and platelet results it gives 20 parameters, shown alongside three colour histograms.

How many samples can it run in an hour?
Up to 60 samples per hour. Actual output in your laboratory also depends on how samples are prepared and loaded.

How much blood does each test need?
9.6 µL in venous or capillary mode and 20 µL in pre-dilution mode, as listed in the specification.

How many results can be stored?
Up to 100000 sample results, including their histograms, so earlier results can be looked up and reviewed on the analyser.

Are reagents and quality-control material included?
They are not part of this listing, which covers the analyser. Ask for reagents, controls or spares in the same enquiry if you need them quoted.

Who manufactures this analyser?
Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd, trading as JLab, builds it at its works in Ambala, Haryana, and quotes for it directly.

OEM Manufacturer

JLab is the trading name of Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd, an Indian manufacturer of laboratory apparatus and scientific instruments, incorporated in 2017 and located on Hargolal Road, Ambala, Haryana. The analyser comes from JLab’s own works and is not bought in from a trader, so laboratories, colleges, dealers and importers deal directly with the maker, every unit is visually inspected before dispatch, and repeat orders and spares are handled by the manufacturer. JLab exports worldwide and can ship to every region — Algeria in North Africa, Nigeria in West Africa, Chad in Central Africa, Taiwan in East Asia and the USA in North America are examples. Tender buyers can find details on the JLab lab tenders page.
