What Is the Maharana Pratap Chart Used For?

Maharana Pratap ruled Mewar, in present-day Rajasthan, at a time when Akbar was bringing most Rajput states under Mughal control. He met a Mughal army led by Raja Man Singh at Haldighati, kept up the resistance from the Aravalli hills afterwards and won back much of his kingdom. His horse Chetak is a familiar figure in the stories and poems about the battle.

Teachers use the chart in history lessons on the Mughal period and the Rajput kingdoms, in value-education talks on courage and self-respect, and for Maharana Pratap Jayanti assemblies and heritage displays. With English and Hindi combined, one chart serves classes taught in either language. Wipe the laminated surface with a soft damp cloth, keep the chart out of strong sunlight, and roll it on its rollers for storage.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size is the Maharana Pratap chart?
It measures 50 x 75 cm. It is printed in full colour on art paper, laminated on both sides with thick plastic film and fitted with plastic rollers for hanging.

Which languages are printed on the chart?
English and Hindi are combined on the one sheet, so the same chart can be used in English-medium and Hindi-medium classes.

Is the printed life sketch reproduced on this page?
No. The listing gives the format, not the wording of the life sketch. If you need to check the text, ask JLab for an image of the chart with your quotation.

Which battle is Maharana Pratap most remembered for?
The Battle of Haldighati, where he faced a Mughal army commanded by Raja Man Singh. He did not submit after the battle and continued to fight for Mewar, which is the part of his life most history lessons focus on.

What should an export enquiry include?
Send the quantity, the destination country and port or city, the delivery terms you want (for example FOB or CIF), any packing or labelling needs, and a tender reference if the purchase is for a tender.
