Choosing a Meter From the Range
The range covers meters for different electrical parameters, including voltage, current and power, so the quantity to be displayed is the first thing to decide. Where current is measured, it is taken through a CT (current transformer) serving as the current transducer, which keeps the meter itself out of the full load current.
