Jlab Export is a leading Bio-Gas Manufacturer, and suppliers in India
Bio-Gas (code EL-GSC-2954) is a 58 x 90 cm wall chart on biogas — the fuel gas produced when bacteria break down cattle dung and other organic waste without air — for science, agriculture and environmental studies lessons. It is printed in full colour on coated art paper, laminated on both sides and fitted with plastic rollers. JLab (Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd, Ambala, India) supplies it to schools, colleges and dealers.

What Is the Bio-Gas Chart Used For?
Biogas is made by anaerobic digestion. A slurry of cattle dung, or other plant and animal waste, mixed with water is fed into an underground digester, where bacteria working without oxygen break it down and give off a gas that is mainly methane, with carbon dioxide and small amounts of other gases such as hydrogen sulphide. Two plant designs are common in India: the fixed-dome type, in which the gas collects under a brick or concrete dome, and the floating gas-holder type, in which a steel drum rises and falls on the slurry as gas is produced and used. Biogas burns with a clean blue flame for cooking, can also run lamps and engines, and the spent slurry makes good manure.
Because it links renewable energy, waste management, sanitation and the work of microorganisms, biogas turns up in middle- and secondary-school science, geography, agriculture and environmental studies, and it is a practical technology that many rural students will have seen. A bio gas plant model beside the chart shows the inlet, digester and outlet in three dimensions. The surface is listed as markable and washable, so students can label the parts of each plant type during revision.
What to Specify When Ordering
- Quantity — the minimum order is 10 charts, each sold individually.
- Working model — add the Bio Gas Plant Model if you want a three-dimensional demonstration.
- Companion charts — Renewable Sources of Energy and Animal Husbandry, from the same series, cover the wider context.
- Language — listed in English only; ask JLab for a larger image of the current print if you need to check its diagrams.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the chart show how a biogas plant works?
The listing does not itemise the panels, so ask JLab for a larger image of the current print to check the diagrams. A separate bio gas plant model is also listed for demonstrations.
Which subjects and classes use it?
Middle- and secondary-school science, geography and environmental studies, agriculture courses and rural-technology modules in vocational training.
What is the chart made of?
130 gsm coated art paper, offset printed in full colour using CTP technology and laminated on both sides with 30 micron heat-sealable polyester. It weighs 228 g.
Can students write on it?
Yes. The surface is listed as markable and washable. When not in use it rolls up on its plastic rollers to 58 x 4 x 2 cm.
What should I include in an export enquiry?
The quantity, the destination country and port or city, delivery terms such as FOB or CIF, packing or labelling requirements and the tender reference if relevant.
Who supplies the Bio-Gas chart?
JLab (Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd), Ambala, Haryana, supplies it and quotes directly.
Supplier
JLab is the trading name of Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd, incorporated in 2017 and based on Hargolal Road, Ambala, Haryana. JLab supplies general science charts like this one together with the school laboratory equipment and models it produces, so a school can pair a wall chart with a working model in the same order; every chart is visually inspected before packing. JLab exports worldwide and ships to buyers in every region — for example South Africa in Southern Africa, the Philippines in Southeast Asia, Australia in Oceania, Ireland in Western Europe and Jordan in the Middle East. Details for tender purchases are on the JLab lab tenders page.
