BT Bottle Top Dispenser (code EL-BTD-3332) is a reagent dispenser for bottle necks from 28 to 45 mm, built around a PTFE piston and a springless PTFE valve manifold, with a re-circulation valve that saves reagent while air is purged. Setting and Delivering a Volume
Volume is set with a knob that works through 180° of rotation, so a change needs only a short turn. The delivery nozzle can be adjusted to the receiver, and the adaptor turns through 360°, letting the nozzle face wherever the bench layout needs it. When air is purged from the dispenser, the re-circulation valve sends the liquid back into the bottle instead of to waste.
PTFE Piston and Springless Valve Manifold
The PTFE piston carries an ETP O-ring and moves with a smooth, wiper-like action. The PTFE valve manifold has no spring, which keeps the valves free of jamming; both parts give high chemical compatibility. A calibration tool comes with the dispenser, so the delivered volume can be re-calibrated in the lab without sending it away.
