R M Bottle Top Dispenser (code EL-BTD-3333) is a bottle-top dispenser with a glass barrel inside a polypropylene sleeve, a PTFE piston and a springless PTFE valve manifold. Barrel, Piston and Valves
The glass barrel sits inside a polypropylene sleeve, which is there to stop glass splitting if the barrel is broken by accident. Inside it, the PTFE piston gives smooth, wiper-like plunger movement and bubble-free delivery. The PTFE valve manifold has no spring and is built for chemical compatibility and leak-free valve action.
Locking the Volume and Capping the Nozzle
The volume knob turns with little force, and a 270° turn locks or unlocks the setting so it cannot drift between doses. The delivery nozzle adjusts to the receiver; between uses the nozzle cap stops drips onto the work space and keeps hands away from hazardous chemicals at the tip.
Cleaning and Re-calibration
The dispenser comes apart easily for cleaning and servicing, and the whole instrument can be autoclaved at 121 °C and 15 psi for 10–15 minutes. A calibration tool is supplied for quick re-calibration at the bench.
