What Is Snap It Up! Addition and Subtraction Used For?
Fluent recall of addition and subtraction facts frees children to concentrate on harder problems later. A speed card game builds that recall through repetition that does not feel like a worksheet: because players have to spot and build equations quickly before passing cards on, they rehearse number facts many times in a short session.
