Reading and Using the Tubes
Stand the tube upright and read the scale at eye level, taking the bottom of the curved liquid surface, the meniscus, as the reading. The 10 ml size suits small measured portions, while the 25 ml size takes a larger volume in one fill. Once a volume is measured, the stopper closes the tube so the contents can be set aside or carried to the bench without spilling.
