QAM/DQAM Modulation Trainer Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : EL-PET-10220
Jlab Export is a leading QAM/DQAM Modulation Trainer Manufacturer, and suppliers in India
QAM/DQAM Modulation Trainer (code EL-PET-10220) is a digital communication trainer for quadrature amplitude modulation, in which data changes both the phase and the amplitude of the carrier. A 24-bit NRZ-L pattern is set on three 8-bit DIP switches and coded as I, Q and C tribits. JLab (Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd) builds the trainer at its Ambala works in India.

What Is the QAM/DQAM Trainer Used For?
QAM packs more bits into each symbol than phase keying alone by using amplitude as well as phase, and it underlies modern modems and digital broadcasting. Students can build a QAM signal from a pattern they choose and see how each symbol maps to a carrier state.
Frequently Asked Questions
What are the I, Q and C bits?
The data is taken three bits at a time. In this kind of QAM the I and Q bits set the polarity of the in-phase and quadrature carriers and the C bit sets the amplitude, so each tribit selects one of eight combinations of phase and amplitude.
Why does the data pattern have 24 bits?
Three 8-bit switches give 24 bits, which is exactly eight tribits, so the pattern divides evenly into three-bit symbols.
What changes in DQAM?
The I and Q bits are differentially encoded before modulation, so the phase information is carried by changes between symbols and the receiver is less affected by an uncertain carrier phase.
OEM Manufacturer
JLab is the trading name of Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd, a maker of communication trainers and laboratory equipment in India, incorporated in 2017 and based on Hargolal Road, Ambala, Haryana. The trainer is built in JLab’s own works, not bought from a trader, so colleges, dealers and importers purchase it factory-direct, and repeat orders and spares are handled at source. JLab holds GSTIN 06AADCJ9848D1ZE and is identified by Legal Entity Identifier 549300DTGS77DGYD6N03. It exports worldwide and ships to buyers in every region — for example Egypt in North Africa, Mexico in North America, Guatemala in Central America and the Caribbean, Romania in Eastern Europe and Iceland in Northern Europe.
