What Are Simple Cell Pots Used For?
In a simple cell, two different metal plates such as zinc and copper stand in an electrolyte such as dilute sulphuric acid, and a current flows when the plates are joined through an external circuit. The pot holds the electrolyte, and its very good contact clarity lets the plates, and the gas bubbles that form on the copper plate, be watched while the cell is working.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is the cell pot made of polypropylene?
The polypropylene pot has excellent chemical resistance and is much more durable than a conventional cell pot.
How do the Simple Cell Pots differ from the Leclanche Cell Pot?
Both are polypropylene cell pots. The Simple Cell Pots are moulded and used for making simple cells; the Leclanche Cell Pot is blown in polypropylene and used for making a Leclanché cell.
What should an export enquiry include?
The number of packs, the destination country and port or city, the delivery terms you prefer (for example FOB or CIF), any packing or labelling requirements, and a tender reference where one applies.
Who manufactures Simple Cell Pots?
JLab (Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd) manufactures them in Ambala, Haryana, India, and quotes for them directly.
OEM Manufacturer
JLab is the trading name of Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd, a manufacturer of laboratory equipment and labware in India, incorporated in 2017 and based on Hargolal Road, Ambala, Haryana. The cell pots are made at JLab’s own works rather than bought from a trader, so schools, colleges, dealers and importers order them factory-direct and reorder from the same source. JLab holds MSME Udyam registration UDYAM-HR-01-0003849 as a manufacturing enterprise and the Importer-Exporter Code 3317504552. JLab exports worldwide and ships to buyers in every region — for example Bangladesh in South Asia, Thailand in Southeast Asia, Bahrain in the Middle East, Rwanda in East Africa and Guyana in South America.
