Jlab Export is a leading Compartmentation of Cell Model Manufacturer, and suppliers in India
Compartmentation of Cell Model (code EL-BE-5868) is a biology teaching model on compartmentation — the way internal membranes divide a eukaryotic cell into separate, membrane-bound compartments, each with its own job. It helps higher-secondary and college students understand why organelles exist, not just what they are called. It is made by Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd (JLab) at its works in Ambala, India.

Why Cells Are Compartmented
Unlike prokaryotes, which lack membrane-bound organelles, eukaryotic cells are divided into compartments: the nucleus inside its double nuclear envelope with pores, mitochondria with their own double membrane, chloroplasts in plant cells, and the endomembrane system of endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi apparatus, lysosomes and vacuoles. Separation lets the cell run incompatible processes side by side. Lysosomes, for example, hold hydrolytic enzymes that work in an acidic interior and would damage the cell if released, while respiration is split between the cytoplasm, where glycolysis happens, the mitochondrial matrix, which hosts the Krebs cycle, and the inner mitochondrial membrane, the site of electron transport.
The model supports the class 11 chapters “Cell: The Unit of Life” and “Respiration in Plants”, and college cell biology and biochemistry, where metabolic pathways are taught compartment by compartment.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which compartments does the model show?
The listing does not name them. The quotation states the compartments and organelles included, so you can check them against your syllabus.
How is it different from a general cell model?
A general cell model names the organelles; a compartmentation lesson explains why the membranes matter and which processes each compartment houses. Ask JLab if you need the two compared.
Who manufactures it?
Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd (JLab), in its own works at Ambala, Haryana, India.
OEM Manufacturer
JLab is the trading name of Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd, a manufacturer of biology teaching models and laboratory equipment in India, incorporated in 2017 and based on Hargolal Road, Ambala, Haryana. It is registered under CIN U29309HR2017PTC069123 and holds MSME Udyam registration UDYAM-HR-01-0003849 (manufacturing enterprise). Making the model in its own works lets JLab quote factory-direct to schools, colleges, dealers and importers. JLab exports worldwide and ships to buyers in every region — for example Mexico in North America, Guatemala in Central America and the Caribbean, Namibia in Southern Africa, Sudan in North Africa and Afghanistan in South Asia.
