Glucose Molecular Model Kit Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : EL-MME-7160
Jlab Export is a leading Glucose Molecular Model Kit Manufacturer, and suppliers in India
Glucose Molecular Model Kit (code EL-MME-7160) lets students build a three-dimensional model of glucose, the six-carbon sugar at the centre of photosynthesis and respiration, in biology and chemistry classes. The parts come from precision-engineered moulds, the joins are designed to stay firm while the model is handed round, and everything packs into a durable case with separate compartments. It is made by Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd (JLab) at its works in Ambala, India.

What Is the Glucose Model Used For?
Glucose is a hexose sugar. In its open-chain form it has an aldehyde group at one end, but in water almost all of it closes into a six-membered ring of five carbon atoms and one oxygen. The alpha and beta forms differ only in which side of the ring the hydroxyl group on the first carbon points to — a difference that decides whether glucose units link into starch and glycogen or into cellulose. A physical model makes these points far easier to see than a flat drawing.
Teachers use the kit for carbohydrates in the class 11 biology chapter on biomolecules, for the open-chain and ring structures of glucose in class 12 chemistry, and when explaining the sugar made in photosynthesis and broken down in respiration. It also suits college biochemistry and the UK and US courses the range was designed around.
What to Specify When Ordering
- Number of kits — at least 10.
- Parts list — ask for it if your requisition names atom counts.
- Other sugars and biomolecules — the sucrose model or a biochemistry set can go on the same enquiry.
Frequently Asked Questions
What can be built with the Glucose Molecular Model Kit?
A model of the glucose molecule, the simple sugar used to teach carbohydrate structure, photosynthesis and respiration.
Does the listing state how many parts are included?
No. Ask JLab for the parts list when you request a quotation, so you can check it against your syllabus or tender.
How is it stored between lessons?
In its durable storage case, which has compartments so the different parts stay sorted and the kit is complete for the next class.
Who makes the kit?
JLab — Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd — at its works in Ambala, Haryana, India.
OEM Manufacturer
Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd, which trades as JLab, is an Indian manufacturer of laboratory equipment and science teaching models, incorporated in 2017 and based on Hargolal Road, Ambala, Haryana. The glucose kit comes from JLab’s own works, not from a trader, so schools, colleges, dealers and importers buy from the source, each kit is checked by eye before dispatch, and repeat orders and spares are handled by the manufacturer. The company is registered under GSTIN 06AADCJ9848D1ZE and holds Legal Entity Identifier 549300DTGS77DGYD6N03. JLab exports worldwide and ships to buyers in every region — among them Australia in Oceania, Bangladesh in South Asia, Taiwan in East Asia, Estonia in Northern Europe and Guatemala in Central America and the Caribbean. School tenders are covered on the JLab lab tenders page.
