How the Liquid Seal Is Used
Once the sample and reagents are in, the stopper is seated and a little water or potassium iodide solution is poured into the cup. Before titrating, the stopper is eased up so this liquid rinses back into the flask and carries any iodine on the neck with it. Choose the B24 or B29 socket to suit the stopper you will use.
