Why the Side Necks Are Angled
Angled side necks spread the three joints apart at the top, leaving more room between items fitted to neighbouring necks. The centre neck stays vertical, and its socket is always the same size as, or larger than, the side sockets.
Choosing a Capacity and Socket Pair
The 250 ml flask has the widest choice: four pairings, one with B19 on all three necks. A B19 centre neck is found only on the 100 ml and 250 ml sizes, and from 1000 ml upward a B34 centre is available; the 3000 ml flask comes only as B34 centre with B19 side sockets. For B24 side sockets or a capacity above 3000 ml, look at the parallel-neck version.
