Joints and Set-Up
The three joints are identical on every size, so one set of fittings serves the 10, 25 and 50 ml flasks. The B14 side cone joins a condenser or receiver adapter with a B14 socket, and the two sockets take stoppers, adapters or a thermometer as the set-up needs. Vapour passes the Vigreux points before leaving, which gives some separation of close-boiling components.
