Transistor Analyzer Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : EL-BE-10495
Jlab Export is a leading Transistor Analyzer Manufacturer, and suppliers in India
Transistor Analyzer (code EL-BE-10495) is a single-platform trainer for the two most conventional laboratory tests on bipolar transistors, the static test and curve tracing, for both NPN and PNP types. The test circuit schematics are shown over the board mimic, so the arrangement of each test method can be seen while it is carried out. JLab builds the analyzer at its own works in Ambala, India.

What Is the Transistor Analyzer Used For?
It is a comprehensive way to study both how transistor testers work and how transistors are tested. The static tests check a transistor's junctions and measure its leakage currents and DC current gain, while the curve tracer sweeps the collector voltage at a series of base currents and draws the resulting family of collector characteristics, for NPN and for PNP transistors, on an oscilloscope screen. JLab oscilloscopes are listed on the Oscilloscopes page and can be quoted on the same enquiry.
What to Specify When Ordering
- Quantity — the number of analyzers.
- Oscilloscope — a model from JLab's oscilloscope range can be quoted on the same enquiry.
- Characteristics trainers — the transistor and diode trainers below are separate items that can be added.
Frequently Asked Questions
What do the ICBO and ICEO tests measure?
Both are leakage currents. ICBO flows from collector to base with the emitter open; ICEO flows from collector to emitter with the base open and is larger by roughly the transistor's current gain. These currents are only microamperes, which is why the analyzer has an on-board micro-ammeter, and an unusually high reading points to a leaky transistor.
What are the short circuit and open circuit tests for?
They are quick go/no-go checks that pick out a transistor with a shorted or an open junction before it is used in a circuit or in further measurements.
How is hFE found?
The DC current gain, hFE, is the collector current divided by the base current at a given operating point. The analyzer has a dedicated hFE (DC) test, and transistor parameters can also be worked out from the plotted common emitter characteristics.
What does the family of IC vs VCE curves show?
Each curve is the collector current against collector-emitter voltage for one base current step. The steep part near the origin is the saturation region, the flatter part is the active region used for amplification, and the spacing between curves shows the current gain.
What should be included in an export enquiry?
Give the quantity, the country and port or city of delivery, your preferred delivery terms (FOB or CIF, for example), any packing or labelling requirement, and the tender reference if the purchase is a tender.
Who manufactures the Transistor Analyzer?
Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd, trading as JLab, makes the analyzer in Ambala, Haryana, and quotes for it directly.
OEM Manufacturer
JLab is the trading name of Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd, a maker of electronics trainers and test set-ups for teaching laboratories in India, incorporated in 2017 and based on Hargolal Road, Ambala, Haryana. The analyzer is produced in JLab's own works rather than bought from a trader, so colleges, universities, dealers and importers buy it straight from the manufacturer, each unit is visually inspected before dispatch, and repeat orders stay with the maker. JLab exports worldwide and ships to buyers in every region — Algeria in North Africa, Iraq in the Middle East, Laos in Southeast Asia, Spain in Southern Europe and Ivory Coast in West Africa are some examples. Tender details are on the JLab lab tenders page.
