What Is the Bandhas and Pranayam Chart Used For?
Unlike the asana charts in the series, this one deals with the breath and the body locks of hatha yoga. A bandha is a “lock”: Mool Bandh is the root lock, a contraction at the base of the trunk; Jalandhar Bandh is the throat lock, made by lowering the chin towards the chest; Uddiyan Bandh draws the abdomen in and up after breathing out; and Mahabandh, the “great lock”, applies the three together. Pranayama means regulation of the breath, and Lom-vilom (often written Anulom-vilom) and Nadishodan are both alternate-nostril breathing practices. Agnisar Kriya is an abdominal practice from the same tradition.
Yoga teachers, school PE departments, colleges with yoga or physical education courses and teacher-training centres use the chart to name and show each practice while students follow along. Locks and breath control are usually introduced after students are comfortable with basic postures, and they should be learned from a qualified teacher rather than from the chart alone. To keep the chart clean, wipe the laminated face with a damp cloth and store it rolled.

What should I send for an export quotation?
The number of charts and language version, destination country and port or city, delivery terms (for example FOB or CIF), labelling or packing requests, and the tender reference if the purchase is for a tender.
