NPN Transistor Module Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : EL-ELA-5386
Jlab Export is a leading NPN Transistor Module Manufacturer, and suppliers in India
NPN Transistor Module (code EL-ELA-5386) is an electronics demonstration model of an NPN (negative-positive-negative) transistor, built on a board on which its circuits and connections are shown. Fitted with the components needed for demonstration, it helps teachers explain how a bipolar transistor is connected and how it works in semiconductor electronics lessons. It is made by Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd (JLab) at its works in Ambala, India.

What Is the NPN Transistor Module Used For?
An NPN transistor has a thin p-type base sandwiched between two n-type regions, the emitter and the collector. When the base–emitter junction is forward biased, a small base current controls a much larger collector current, which is the principle behind transistor switches and amplifiers. Because the circuit and its connections are laid out on the board, a class can trace the emitter, base and collector paths and relate them to the circuit symbol, in which the arrow on the emitter points outward for an NPN device. The module suits semiconductor electronics teaching in senior school physics, ITI and polytechnic electronics courses and college labs, as a visual introduction before students move to characteristic-curve experiments.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does NPN mean?
Negative-positive-negative: the transistor is made of a p-type base layer between two n-type layers, the emitter and the collector.
What is shown on the board?
The circuits and connections of the NPN transistor are shown on the board, and the module comes fitted with the components needed for the demonstration.
What terminals and power supply does it use?
The listing does not specify them. Mention any requirement in your enquiry and JLab will confirm the details of the module in the quotation.
OEM Manufacturer
JLab is the trading name of Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd, an Indian manufacturer of electronics demonstration models and physics lab instruments, incorporated in 2017 and based on Hargolal Road, Ambala, Haryana. The module is assembled at JLab’s own works rather than bought from a trader, so schools, colleges, dealers and importers order it factory-direct and repeat orders come from the same source. JLab exports worldwide and ships to buyers in every region — for example Albania in Southern Europe, Kyrgyzstan in Central Asia, Bahrain in the Middle East, Brazil in South America and the Philippines in Southeast Asia. Tender information is on the JLab lab tenders page.
