Push Pull Amplifier Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India

Push Pull Amplifier

Product Code : EL-AK-1122
Jlab Export is a leading Push Pull Amplifier Manufacturer, and suppliers in India

Push Pull Amplifier (code EL-AK-1122) is a trainer for studying the output gain and frequency response of a class B push-pull amplifier, the circuit in which a pair of active devices takes turns to supply current to, or absorb current from, the load. It is used in analog electronics practicals on power amplifier output stages. It is made by Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd (JLab) at its works in Ambala, India.

How Does It Compare with Other JLab Push-Pull Trainers?

TrainerStudies (as listed)Listed hardware
This trainer (EL-AK-1122)Output gain and frequency response of a class B push-pull amplifierNot described in the listing
Push Pull Amplifier (Analog Electronics Trainer range)Class B push-pull at audio frequencies: output power, frequency response, distortion−9 V DC, 50 mA regulated supply; driver and output transformers; four output loads on a band switch; three PNP transistors
BJT Amplifiers and Emitter Follower TrainerDifferential amplifier and class B push-pull amplifier+12 V and +5 V DC supply; in-built sine wave generator

The Analog Electronics Trainer version lists its full hardware and adds distortion measurement, and the BJT trainer has its own sine generator; ask JLab for this kit’s specification if you must match a syllabus or tender.

What Is the Push Pull Amplifier Trainer Used For?

Push-pull output stages are taught in analog electronics courses in B.Sc. physics and electronics, diploma and engineering programmes and ITI/TVET electronics trades. In class B operation each device conducts for half of every cycle — one sourcing current to the load from the positive supply, the other sinking it towards ground or the negative supply — so almost no current flows with no signal and efficiency is much higher than in a class A stage. The same push-pull idea appears in the outputs of TTL and CMOS logic gates. Students apply a sine signal, measure the output to work out the gain, and repeat across the audio range to plot the frequency response.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a class B push-pull amplifier?
An output stage with two active devices, usually a complementary pair of transistors, each amplifying one half of the signal. One sources current to the load and the other sinks it, and together they rebuild the full waveform.

What is crossover distortion?
A small flat step where the output waveform crosses zero, seen on an oscilloscope at low signal levels: neither transistor of a pure class B stage conducts until its base-emitter voltage is reached. Biasing both slightly on (class AB) reduces it.

What hardware does this trainer include?
The listing names the experiment but not the transistors, supply or load. Ask JLab for the specification with your quote, together with any signal generator, AC millivoltmeter or oscilloscope you need.

Who manufactures this trainer?
JLab (Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd) at its works in Ambala, Haryana, India.

OEM Manufacturer

JLab is the trading name of Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd, a manufacturer of electronics trainers and lab instruments in India, incorporated in 2017 and based on Hargolal Road, Ambala, Haryana. The push-pull trainer is made at JLab’s own works instead of being sourced from a trader, so institutions, dealers and importers buy factory-direct, every unit is visually inspected before dispatch, and repeat orders and spares are handled by the manufacturer. JLab exports worldwide and ships to buyers in every region — Namibia in Southern Africa, Trinidad and Tobago in Central America and the Caribbean, the USA in North America, Gabon in Central Africa and Hong Kong in East Asia are examples. Tender details are on the JLab lab tenders page.
