Mounting It Vertically
Condensate must drain through the narrow coil, so a Graham condenser is used upright; at a shallow angle, liquid can gather in the turns. Water goes in at the lower connection and out at the upper one, filling the jacket around the coil. A threaded /T version replaces the standard water connections.
Which Model to Choose
Five models have a socket as well as a cone, so another piece can sit above them; the 300 mm versions with B19, B24 or B29 joints reach 450 cm², the most of any Graham model here. The cone-only models, B29 to B50, have no top socket and fit directly into the flask neck.
