Electric Motor Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : EL-PC-2914
Jlab Export is a leading Electric Motor Manufacturer, and suppliers in India
Electric Motor (code EL-PC-2914) is a printed physics wall chart — not a motor — on the electric motor, the machine that turns electrical energy into rotation, for lessons on the magnetic effect of current in secondary and senior physics. The chart is 58 x 90 cm, printed in full colour on 130 gsm coated art paper, polyester laminated on both sides and fitted with plastic rollers for wall hanging. JLab (Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd, Ambala, India) supplies it to schools, colleges and dealers.

What Is the Electric Motor Chart Used For?
In a simple DC motor, a coil carrying current sits between the poles of a magnet. The two sides of the coil carry current in opposite directions, so the magnetic field pushes one side up and the other down — the directions follow Fleming’s left-hand rule — and the coil turns. A split-ring commutator, touched by carbon brushes, reverses the current in the coil every half turn so that the rotation keeps going in the same direction. Practical motors wind many turns on a soft iron armature to make the turning effect stronger. Fans, mixers, pumps and washing machines all depend on this principle.
The motor is taught in secondary-school physics in many syllabuses as an application of electromagnetism, and class 12 physics explains the torque on a current loop in a magnetic field. A wall chart helps students follow the sequence of forces and the role of the commutator before they examine a working model. The listing does not describe which diagrams are printed, so request a preview image if you need to check them.
What to Specify When Ordering
- Chart quantity — the minimum order is 10 units, and this listing is the chart, not a motor.
- Working models — demonstration and working models of a DC motor are separate items for hands-on lessons.
- Companion charts — Electromagnetism and Electric Generator come from the same series and size.
- Delivery — destination country, port or city, and the delivery terms you would like quoted.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this an electric motor or a chart?
It is a 58 x 90 cm printed wall chart about the electric motor, from the Physics Charts series. Working motor models are listed separately.
What does the chart show?
Its topic is the electric motor. The listing does not describe the panels, so ask for a preview image to see whether the coil, commutator and brushes or Fleming’s left-hand rule are drawn.
What size and weight is it?
58 x 90 cm overall and 228 g; rolled for transport, it is about 58 x 4 x 2 cm.
Can it be wiped clean?
Yes. It is laminated front and back with 30 micron heat-sealable polyester, and the surface is listed as markable and washable.
What language and print quality?
English only, printed in full colour by offset printing with CTP technology on 130 gsm coated art paper.
Who supplies the Electric Motor chart?
Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd, known as JLab, in Ambala, Haryana, India, supplies the chart and quotes for it directly.
Supplier
JLab is the trading name of Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in 2017 and based on Hargolal Road, Ambala, Haryana. Together with the motor models and other teaching equipment it makes, JLab supplies printed physics charts, so the explanation on the wall and the model on the bench can be ordered at the same time. Each chart is visually inspected before dispatch. JLab exports worldwide and can serve buyers in every region — for example Niger in West Africa, Afghanistan in South Asia, Ireland in Western Europe, Panama in Central America and the Caribbean, and Yemen in the Middle East. Tender buyers can refer to the lab tenders page.
Motor Models and Related Charts
- Working Model of Electric Motor — a simple DC motor in an acrylic body, with an enamelled copper armature and a removable permanent magnet.
- Demonstration Motor Model — the simplest form of DC motor, built completely open for classroom demonstration.
- Electric Motor Model — explains how a motor changes electrical energy into mechanical energy.
- Electromagnetism — the chart on the magnetic effect of current that underlies the motor.
- Electric Generator — the companion chart on the machine that works the other way round.
