What Is the Basic Solar Energy Trainer Used For?
The output of a PV module depends on how much light reaches it, the angle at which the light strikes it and the module’s temperature. On this trainer the dimmer sets the intensity of the halogen sun simulator, the lux meter measures the light level, the frame tilt changes the angle and the PT100 sensor follows the temperature, so each effect can be studied in turn. The charge controller, inverter and resistive load panels then show how the energy is conditioned and used.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does MPPT mean?
Maximum power point tracking. An MPPT charge controller keeps adjusting the operating voltage and current of the PV module so that it delivers the most power available at the present light level and temperature.
What does the solar inverter panel do?
An inverter converts direct current into alternating current, so energy from the PV side can supply AC equipment as well as DC loads.
What should an export enquiry include?
Give the number of trainers, the destination country and port or city, the delivery terms you want (for example FOB or CIF) and any tender reference.
Who manufactures the Basic Solar Energy Trainer?
Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd, trading as JLab, at its works in Ambala, Haryana, India.
OEM Manufacturer
JLab is the trading name of Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd, a maker of engineering lab equipment and science apparatus in India, incorporated in 2017 and based on Hargolal Road, Ambala, Haryana. This trainer is built at JLab’s own works and not sourced from a trader, so colleges, dealers and importers buy it factory-direct and come back to the manufacturer for repeat orders and spares. JLab exports worldwide and ships to buyers in every region — for example Paraguay in South America, Bhutan in South Asia, Gambia in West Africa, Lithuania in Northern Europe and Egypt in North Africa. Tender buyers can refer to the JLab lab tenders page.
