What Is the Human Nose Model Used For?
The external nose is built on the nasal bones above and flexible cartilages below. Inside, the septum divides the nasal cavity into two halves, and on each side wall three curled shelves of bone, the superior, middle and inferior conchae, overhang channels called meatuses into which the sinuses and the tear duct drain.
