Astable, Monostable and Bistable Multivibrator using Transistor Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : EL-SOM-1156
Jlab Export is a leading Astable, Monostable and Bistable Multivibrator using Transistor Manufacturer, and suppliers in India
Astable, Monostable and Bistable Multivibrator using Transistor (code EL-SOM-1156) is a transistor multivibrator trainer listed for all three classic multivibrator circuits — astable (free-running), monostable (one-shot) and bistable (flip-flop) — so a lab can cover the whole topic with one model instead of three. It is made by Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd (JLab) at its works in Ambala, India.

How Does It Compare with the Single-Circuit Transistor Trainers?
| Trainer | Circuits | Details given in its listing |
|---|---|---|
| This trainer (EL-SOM-1156) | Astable, monostable, bistable | Circuit names only |
| Astable Multivibrator using Transistors | Astable | Cross-coupled network giving a sharp, continuous square wave without external triggering |
| Monostable and Free Running Multivibrators using Transistors | Monostable, free-running | Square, rectangular and pulse waves |
| Bistable Multivibrator using Transistors | Bistable | Two transistors on the front panel; fixed 12 V DC regulated supply; resistors and capacitors for biasing and output |
Choose this trainer to teach all three circuits on one model; the single-circuit trainers suit labs that want separate benches for each experiment.
What Is the Three-Mode Multivibrator Trainer Used For?
All three multivibrators use a pair of cross-coupled transistors; what changes is the coupling between them. With both couplings through capacitors the circuit has no stable state and runs freely as an astable, giving a square wave. With one capacitive and one resistive coupling it has one stable state and becomes a monostable, producing a single timed pulse for each trigger. With both couplings resistive it has two stable states and acts as a bistable, holding its output until it is triggered again, like a one-bit memory. Comparing the three shows students how switching circuits behind timers, clocks and flip-flops are built, a common practical in B.Sc. electronics, diploma and ITI/TVET courses.
What to Specify When Ordering
- Quantity — the minimum order is 10 trainers.
- A request for the power supply, component values and panel details, which the listing does not give.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between astable, monostable and bistable multivibrators?
The number of stable states: none for the astable, which oscillates continuously; one for the monostable, which gives one pulse per trigger; and two for the bistable, which stays in either state until triggered.
What power supply and accessories come with it?
The listing names the three circuits but gives no supply, component or accessory details, so ask JLab to state them in the quotation.
OEM Manufacturer
JLab is the trading name of Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd, a manufacturer of electronics teaching equipment in India, incorporated in 2017 and based on Hargolal Road, Ambala, Haryana. The trainer is produced at JLab’s own works, so buyers deal with the maker for quotations, repeat orders and spares. JLab holds MSME Udyam registration UDYAM-HR-01-0003849 as a manufacturing enterprise and Importer-Exporter Code 3317504552. JLab exports worldwide and ships to buyers in every region — for example Norway in Northern Europe, Mexico in North America, Fiji in Oceania, Chad in Central Africa and Algeria in North Africa.
