Haemoglobin Buffer System Model Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : EL-BE-5884
Jlab Export is a leading Haemoglobin Buffer System Model Manufacturer, and suppliers in India
Haemoglobin Buffer System Model (code EL-BE-5884) is a biology teaching model on haemoglobin’s second job: taking up hydrogen ions inside red blood cells, so that the carbon dioxide collected from the tissues changes blood pH only slightly. It suits class 11 lessons on the transport of gases and college biochemistry, physiology and nursing courses. It is made by Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd (JLab) at its works in Ambala, India.

What Is the Haemoglobin Buffer System Model Used For?
Carbon dioxide from respiring tissues diffuses into red blood cells, where the enzyme carbonic anhydrase quickly combines it with water to form carbonic acid, which splits into hydrogen ions and bicarbonate ions. Haemoglobin that has just released its oxygen is a good proton acceptor, largely through its histidine side chains, so it binds many of those hydrogen ions and limits the fall in pH. Bicarbonate then moves out into the plasma in exchange for chloride ions — the chloride shift.
In the lungs the sequence runs backwards: as haemoglobin loads oxygen it lets go of its hydrogen ions, which recombine with bicarbonate to give carbon dioxide that is breathed out. The same link underlies the Bohr effect, in which extra acid and carbon dioxide help haemoglobin unload oxygen in active tissues. Teachers set this buffer beside the bicarbonate and phosphate buffers when explaining acid–base balance.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which steps of the buffer system does the model show?
The listing does not name its parts, labels, size or material, so ask JLab for a description and photograph with the quotation.
How is it different from the JLab Haemoglobin Model?
This listing is about haemoglobin’s buffering role during carbon dioxide transport, while the Haemoglobin Model covers the oxygen-carrying protein itself. Many buyers quote for both.
OEM Manufacturer
JLab is the trading name of Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd, a manufacturer of biology teaching models and laboratory equipment in India, incorporated in 2017 and based on Hargolal Road, Ambala, Haryana. This model is produced at JLab’s own works, not bought from a trader, so schools, colleges, dealers and importers buy direct from the maker. The company holds MSME Udyam registration UDYAM-HR-01-0003849 (manufacturing enterprise) and Importer-Exporter Code 3317504552. JLab exports worldwide and ships to buyers in every region — for example Singapore in Southeast Asia, Gambia in West Africa, Chad in Central Africa, Canada in North America and Madagascar in East Africa. Tender buyers can refer to the JLab lab tenders page.
