Inhibitors of DNA Replication Apoptosis Model Manufacturer,Supplier and Exporter in India
Product Code : EL-BE-6107
Jlab Export is a leading Inhibitors of DNA Replication Apoptosis Model Manufacturer, and suppliers in India
Inhibitors of DNA Replication Apoptosis Model (code EL-BE-6107) is a cell biology teaching model that links two topics: substances that block DNA replication, and apoptosis, the programmed cell death that can follow when a cell’s DNA cannot be copied or repaired. It is intended for college cell biology, molecular biology, biotechnology and pharmacology teaching. It is made by Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd (JLab) at its works in Ambala, India.

What Is the Inhibitors of DNA Replication Apoptosis Model Used For?
DNA replication can be stopped at several points. Nucleotide analogues are built into the new strand but end it; other compounds block DNA polymerase directly; topoisomerase inhibitors stop the enzymes that relieve twisting ahead of the replication fork; and some agents cross-link the two strands or slip between base pairs. Several anticancer and antiviral medicines act in these ways, which is why the topic appears in pharmacology as well as in molecular biology.
A cell whose replication has stalled, or whose DNA is badly damaged, activates checkpoints: tumour-suppressor proteins pause the cell cycle to allow repair and, if the damage cannot be fixed, start apoptosis. Apoptosis is orderly — the cell shrinks, its chromatin condenses, its DNA is cut into fragments and it breaks into membrane-bound apoptotic bodies that phagocytes remove without inflammation. Necrosis, by contrast, makes cells swell and burst. The intrinsic pathway begins at the mitochondria with the release of cytochrome c, the extrinsic pathway with death receptors on the cell surface, and both end in caspase enzymes that dismantle the cell. Apoptosis is also normal in development, for example in separating the fingers of an embryo.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which inhibitors and pathways does the model show?
The listing gives the subject only. Ask JLab for a description and photograph, together with the size and material, so you can check it against your course.
How is apoptosis different from necrosis?
Apoptosis is a controlled, energy-using self-destruction that causes no inflammation; necrosis is uncontrolled death from injury, in which cells burst and inflame the surrounding tissue.
OEM Manufacturer
Jain Laboratory Instruments Pvt Ltd (JLab) makes this model at its works on Hargolal Road, Ambala, Haryana. Incorporated in 2017, the company manufactures teaching models and laboratory equipment in India and sells factory-direct to schools, colleges, dealers and importers, so buyers deal with the maker rather than a trader. JLab exports worldwide and ships to buyers in every region — for example Ecuador in South America, Iraq in the Middle East, Canada in North America, Bangladesh in South Asia and Jamaica in Central America and the Caribbean.
